National Advisory

High-End Pool Consulting

Independent constructability review, hydraulic coordination, equipment planning, and field-risk advisory for elite residential and commercial pool projects — countrywide.

The Power of Independent Expertise

Luxury swimming pools are complex construction projects disguised as landscape elements. With high-end work often reaching several hundred thousand dollars, a single design gap, equipment mismatch, or buried field error can create major rework, delays, and disputes. We sell no equipment, build no structures outside our local market, and have no stake in your builder's margins. We provide independent, practical review from the perspective of a builder who knows how these projects actually get formed, plumbed, shot, finished, and started up.

Who We Serve

  • Architects & Designers: Helping with high-end projects for high-end clients by peer-reviewing pool/spa geometry, vanishing-edge details, waterline transitions, cover integration, equipment placement, and bid-stage constructability before the plans go out.
  • High-End Homeowners: Acting as an independent owner's-side advisor to review proposals, construction sequencing, draw schedules, field photos, and major technical decisions before expensive work is buried or poured.
  • Custom Builders & GCs: Helping reduce coordination risk around ledge, slope, high water tables, autocovers, masonry interfaces, utility routing, buried plumbing, and pre-gunite readiness.
  • Country Clubs & Hospitality: Reviewing pool renovation concepts, heavy-use hydraulics, equipment-room coordination, code-sensitive features, and commercial amenity upgrades before money is committed.
  • High-End Multifamily & Development Teams: Advising on apartment, condominium, roof-deck, and amenity-pool planning where waterproofing, structural loading, service access, leak detection, and long-term maintenance risk matter.

National Advisory, Local Construction

There is a clean, deliberate separation in our operations: while our physical custom-gunite building division operates strictly within Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY, our consulting and design advisory division operates nationwide. We advise, review plans, and audit sites anywhere in the United States, bringing over 37 years of premium custom pool building experience directly to your project.

Our Consulting Services

  • Remote Plan & Proposal Reviews: Technical review of pool drawings, equipment schedules, hydraulic layouts, builder proposals, and open coordination risks by video call and marked-up PDF.
  • Design-Team Advisory: Early-stage support for architects, landscape architects, designers, and GCs who need a pool builder's review before details are locked into a larger estate or commercial plan set.
  • Construction-Phase Field Reviews: Photo and video review, or optional travel-ready on-site review, at critical phases such as excavation, steel, plumbing, bonding, autocover coordination, and pre-gunite readiness.
  • Written Technical Reports: Plain-English findings, risk items, recommended next steps, and questions to send back to the local builder, engineer, architect, or authority having jurisdiction.

Engagement & Pricing Models

We structure our advisory packages to fit the scale and phase of your project:

  • Fixed-Tier Plan Reviews: Flat-fee comprehensive plan and proposal audits (recommended for initial design phases).
  • Hourly Advisory Blocks: Flex-time consulting hours for ongoing architectural and contractor coordination.
  • On-Site Travel Reviews: Site visits for critical construction gates, billed separately from remote review work.
  • Monthly Project Retainer: End-to-end owner representation from initial zoning and structural design through water-chemistry startup.

Professional Boundaries

Our consulting is advisory and practical. It does not replace a licensed engineer of record, registered architect, local pool contractor, municipal inspector, health department, or authority having jurisdiction. Where stamped engineering, code interpretation, or local permitting approval is required, we help you ask better questions and coordinate the right professionals before the work is covered.
